1. This is a limited period promotional offer ("Offer") being facilitated by Premier Sales Promotions Private Limited  (“BigCity Promotions” or “Premier Sales[MS1] Promotions Private Limited” or “Offer Partner”) and sponsored by L’Oréal India Private Limited (“L’Oréal”) and is being made available on the state of the art mobile website accessible at FestiveGlamGlitz.loreal.co.in (microsite created by BigCity Promotions) which is owned and operated by Offer Partner

2. These offer terms and conditions ("Offer Terms" or “T&C”) are in addition to the https://www.loreal.com/en/privacy-policy/global-privacy-policy/  [MS2] to which you agree by using the Platform and not in substitution. To the extent the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy are inconsistent with these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms will prevail with respect to the Offer only to the event of such conflict.

3. PARTICIPANT

1. 1. This Offer is meant for Indian nationals residing in India only at the time of purchase as well as gratification (“Participant”), except for the state of Tamil Nadu and in any other state(s) where it is banned or stated to be illegal by any state government and/or any regulatory body.
   2. The minimum age to participate in this Offer is 18 (eighteen) years.

4. OFFER DETAILS

1. Offer Period: The Offer is valid from 09^th October 2026 to 24^th October 2026[MS3] , unless prematurely revoked by Offer Partner or L’Oréal at their sole discretion, without prior notice.
2. The Offer is applicable only on one application per User. The Offer is open to only end consumers and not the resellers of the Products.
3. The Offer is valid only on the purchase of Maybelline or L’Oreal Paris products (“Product(s)”) in a single bill within the Offer Period from the Offer Partner. To participate in this Offer, the Participant is required to make the aforesaid purchase from a general trade or a modern trade store (“Eligible Customer”).
4. The Eligible Customer shall scan the QR Code present at the Stores and fill up the necessary details, including but not limited to name, phone number, date of purchase, invoice value, invoice bill no. and upload the copy of the invoice. The Eligible Customers are also required to answer a question about L’Oréal.
5. The Offer Partner will choose up to 294 [MS4] (two hundred ninety-four) winners from the cohort of Eligible Customers who have answered the above-mentioned question correctly.
6. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, this Offer will not be available on any Products which are returned or refunded by the Eligible Customer or if the order for such Products is cancelled by the Eligible Customer.

5. REWARDS

5. 1. 294 winners will be notified by BigCity Promotions via SMS notifications.
   2. 20 Daily lucky winners over 14 days will win a earphones (model: XXX[RG5] ) and 14 Weekly winner shall receive a smartwatch (model: XXX) within 45 (forty five) working days post confirmation from the winner on[RG6] shipping details and receipt of photo of PAN card[MS7] . The said details shall be provided within 5 (five) days of announcement of winner, otherwise the prize shall be forfeited. Once the KYC details are verified, the reward disbursement process will be initiated accordingly. [MS8] Incase the selected merchandise is not available, is discontinued by the brand, similar reward of similar price will be given to the winners.
   3. The winner shall be chosen by Offer Partner. Any decision of Offer Partner regarding selection of winners shall be final and binding on all Participants. Winners for the daily rewards will be selected by internal randomizer and winners for weekly winners will be selected basis the highest bill value in campaign week.
   4. The reward & count of winners subject to change during the campaign period at L’Oréal’s discretion.
   5. This Offer and rewards are subject to all taxes, duties and levies, as applicable from time to time, under existing laws and regulations of India.
   6. Participation in this Offer and providing your explicit consent by filling in the form as mentioned in clause 5(b), and/or acceptance of the rewards for this Offer constitutes permission to L’Oréal to use the Participant's name, relevant details and/or photographs for purposes of marketing and brand promotion purposes and/or trade without further compensation or notice. L’Oréal reserves the right to use the Participant’s names and Offer entries for promotion and post-coverage of the Offer on L’Oréal’s social media platforms and other platforms.
   7. Winners selected under the Campaign will be notified via SMS on their registered mobile number. Winners will be required to log in to the Campaign winner website ww.festiveglamglitzrewards.comusing their registered mobile number and provide their complete address and such other information as may be required for fulfilment of the Reward. Once submitted, the details provided by the Winner shall be considered final and no changes or modifications shall be permitted after the Reward has been processed by BigCity.
   8. Winners are expected to complete the address on the website within 02 days from receiving the winner SMS, Incase the winner fails to update the details within the stipulated time, the claim to reward will be forfeited and no claims in this regard will be entertained.
   1. Each Participant shall be eligible to be selected as a Winner only once during the entire Campaign Period. If a Participant is selected as a Winner, the Participant shall not be eligible to be selected as a Winner again, irrespective of the number of times the Participant participates in the Campaign. This restriction shall apply based on the registered mobile number, email ID and/or residential address/household associated with the Participant.
   10. Rewards in the campaign are non transferable or cannot be exchanged for cash or different model, No queries in this regards will be entertained.
6. The participation in the Offer is purely voluntary and the same shall be construed as an acceptance of the Offer Terms stipulated herein. L’Oréal reserves the right to substitute the rewards offered at any point of time. Such substituted rewards will be of equal or greater value. L’Oréal shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising out of participation in the Offer. There are no cash alternatives for the rewards and they cannot be exchanged for cash any other product at any point nor transferred to someone else. Neither BigCity Promotions nor L’Oréal will be responsible for wrong contact details provided by the Participants or for the failure of the communication links. The Participants are not permitted to participate in any subsequent publicity related to Offer, unless such publicity is organized by L’Oréal. This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer going on at that time.

7. Neither BigCity Promotions nor L’Oréal shall be responsible if the winner is not able to avail themselves of the prize/rewards due to non-adherence with of such Offer Terms as mentioned by L’Oréal for the reward as part of this Offer or any failure/defect by the service provider/manufacturer of the services/products offered as prize under this Offer. All the prizes/rewards being offered hereinabove are subject to manufacturers’ warranty only. Any defects and shortcoming in the prizes needs to be taken up with the manufacturers directly. Neither BigCity Promotions nor L’Oréal will be responsible for product quality post-delivery of the merchandise.

8. L’Oréal reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, withdraw, change, alter or modify the Offer Terms for the Offer or discontinue/amend this Offer, at its sole discretion, without any notice at any time during the validity of the Offer. No correspondence will be shared in this regard. Neither BigCity Promotions nor L’Oréal shall be responsible for any loss or damage, if it has to discontinue or cancel this Offer in compliance with any law, ruling, order, regulation, requirement or instruction of any Central/State Government, or for any other unavoidable reason beyond its control. Participants shall be informed of such discontinuance/cancellation, as soon as possible.

9. All decisions with respect to this Offer, will be at the sole discretion of L’Oréal and the same will be final and binding. The Participant shall have no recourse to L’Oréal and/or its media / channel partners in this respect.

10. Neither BigCity Promotions nor L’Oréal, its partner/ channel / media partners shall be liable to pay for any additional cost of travel, stay, food and beverages, taxes or any other expenses incurred by the Participant in regard to the Offer and redemption of the reward and the same shall have to be borne by the respective Participant only.

 

11. Participants/users who have opted for DND (Do Not Disturb) facility with their respective service providers may not be able to receive SMS/emails/calls. Neither BigCity Promotions and/or L’Oréal would be liable or be held responsible for any lack or lapse in any communication on account of failure or delay by any of the internet, telecom, SMS and email service providers. Neither BigCity Promotions nor L’Oréal shall be responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network or any combination thereof. Neither BigCity Promotions nor L’Oréal shall be liable or held responsible for the quality of service or any service discrepancy.

12. In consideration of L’Oréal  allowing the Participants to take part in the Offer, to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Participants waive and release each and every right or claim, all actions, causes of actions (present or future) each of them has or may have against L’Oréal, its respective agents, directors, officers, business associates, group companies, sponsors, employees, or representatives for all and any injuries, accidents or mishaps (whether known or unknown) or (whether anticipated or unanticipated) arising out of the Offer or related to the Offer or the rewards of the Offer. Participants hereby agree to abide by the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and other documents as may be applicable to him/her while accessing the BigCity Promotions Platform also to indemnify and keep BigCity Promotions and L’Oréal harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by BigCity Promotions and L’Oréal as a consequence of (i) violation of terms of this T&C and other terms of the Platform by Customer; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on Participant’s part.
13. Employees / distributors / dealers / retailers of L’Oréal &  BigCity Promotions are not eligible to participate in the Offer.

14. The Offer is subject to force majeure conditions. All warranties of any kind whatsoever, whether expressed or implied, are hereby expressly disclaimed by BigCity Promotions and L’Oréal including, but not limited to, meeting of the Participants’ requirements or aspirations, timelines, security, lack of interruption, lack of errors, the results or reliability of the Offer, or the delivery, quality, quantity, merchantability, fitness for use or non-infringement in respect of any goods, services, emoluments, benefits or awards acquired or obtained through the Offer.

15. Pictorial description of the Products as shown in the point of sale materials and in the advertisement/banner are for reference purposes only and L’Oréal is under no obligation to provide the same class of goods as depicted herein and in other point of sale material.

16. L’Oréal does not endorse the quality of any of the services being offered under the Offer. Any complaints or queries pertaining to the Offer would have to be taken up directly with Garnier CAD team by email on advisor.India@loreal.com or calling on 1800 22 3000 from Monday to Friday between 9 AM to 5.30 PM, except bank & national holidays within a period of 60 (sixty) days from the date of expiry of the Offer period.

17. To the extent legally permitted, BigCity Promotions and/or L’Oréal excludes all conditions, warranties and guarantees, whether express or implied, as to the condition, suitability, quality, fitness or safety of any goods or services or rewards provided by it, other than those which cannot be legally excluded. Any liability we may have to the Participant under warranties implied by statute which cannot be excluded is limited, where expressly permitted by statute, to supplying, or paying the cost of supplying, the goods or services again or repairing, or paying the costs of repairing, the goods, at our option.

18. BigCity Promotions does not endorse the products sold on the Platform and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, merchantability, fitness, delivery or after sales service of L’Oréal Product(s). BigCity Promotions shall not be responsible towards any delay or failure of delivery of the Product to any Customer(s) during the provided timeline.

20. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

1. All right, title and interest, including but not limited to the intellectual property rights, in the promotional material(s) and in any and all responses received from the Participants shall vest solely and exclusively with L’Oréal at all times.
2. All material submitted in connection with the Offer (whether written, audio, electronic or visual form, or a combination of those) or any photographs, video and/or film footage and/or audio recording taken of Participants are assigned to L’Oréal  upon submission and become the property of L’Oréal  exclusively. L’Oréal  may use the material in any medium in any reasonable manner it sees fit. Copyright in any such material remains the sole property of L’Oréal.

21. L’Oréal assumes no liability or responsibility for:

1. Any errors, omissions or inaccuracies of content or submissions;
2. Personal injury or property damage of any nature resulting from your access to, your exposure to or your participation in the Offer;
3. Any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information and/or financial information that may be contained therein;
4. Any deletion of data or interruption or discontinuance of transmission to or from or through the Offer; or
5. Any loss of data due to server issues and other technical faults that may come up during the Offer period.

22. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or forums in Mumbai only. The existence of dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against L’Oréal.

23. If a Participant commits any misconduct, fraud, cheating, misappropriation or any act lacking in good faith, L’Oréal reserves the right to disqualify such Participant, at its discretion.

24. If a Participant is dissatisfied with the Offer or the Offer rules and/or any content or any requirements of the Offer form, the materials available related thereto, or with these Terms and Conditions, his/her sole and exclusive remedy is to not participate in the Offer.

25. These Terms and Conditions shall prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representations contained in any other promotional or advertising materials for the Offer.

26. This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

27. By participating in this Offer, you will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and expressly agree that: (a) Offer Partner, L’Oréal and their directors will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that you may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer; (b) Offer Partner, L’Oréal and their directors will not be liable for theft, loss or misuse or the information.
28. Merchandise/prizes/rewards are sponsored by L’Oréal and BigCity Promotions is solely acting as a facilitator. Participants also agrees that the Offer Partner shall not be responsible for any claim of any nature regarding this Offer whatsoever against Offer Partner and/or their directors, employees, officers, affiliates, sponsors and/or subsidiaries related to the delivery, receipt, non-receipt or usage of merchandise/prize/rewards.
29. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary mentioned herein, this Offer is sponsored by L’Oréal. L’Oréal’s decision regarding this Offer and all matters related to it shall be final and binding. The Offer partner is not responsible for any discrepancy arising out of such selection, distribution and the Offer in its entirety as it only acts as meagre facilitator for the Offer and does not endorse any products/services offered by L’Oréal. The Participant/ L’Oréal also agree that the Offer Partner shall not be responsible for any claim/liability arising out of the Offer, irrespective of its nature whatsoever and under no circumstances shall the Customers and/or L’Oréal bring any claim against the Offer Partner and/or their directors, employees, officers, affiliates, sponsor and/or subsidiaries related to the delivery, receipt, non-receipt or usage of the Prize or redeeming the Offer or any claims or liabilities’ arising out of the Customer’s participation or attendance in the Offer.
